The Christian Formation Program Office is the core and center of the school and its curriculum. It focuses on the Spiritual formation of CIC's students, faculty and personnel. The primary mission of the office is to promote a Christ-Centered Community through service and excellence.

Blessing Dance
One of the much liked and enjoyed activity during the Recollection Teambuilding held at the Bukal ng Tipan, Taytay Rizal. The participants dance and take turns to bless each one in every department.
